Cons
Working for Alamon Inc. was one of the worst employment experiences I’ve had. The company misleads employees about pay, per diem, and unit rates, and once you’re on the job, the numbers suddenly change ~> always in the company’s favor. What is discussed before hiring does not match reality. Per diem is inconsistent or reduced without clear explanation, unit pay is low for the amount of labor required, and overall compensation is far below what is reasonable. The workload does not justify the pay, period. When employees question discrepancies, they are met with excuses, vague answers, or silence. There is no transparency and no accountability. It feels intentional, not accidental ~ as if the company relies on workers being too tired, too far from home, or too desperate to fight back. Alamon Inc. is cheap, underpays its workers, and does not value the people doing the actual work. If you are considering working here, protect yourself: get everything in writing, expect less than promised, and scrutinize every single paycheck. I strongly do not recommend this company to anyone who values honesty, fair compensation, or basic respect.
