Pros
ADS is family owned but it is more than that, it's ran by incredible people with morals and good hearts who want to see us all succeed. You are surrounded by co-workers who work together and lift you up. At the risk of sounding sappy, I felt so beat down by corporate America and some of my previous work experiences. This place and the people in it restored my faith in so many things. Watching their handling of the pandemic has cemented my faith in this company. So what I am saying is, if you are looking, if you come to the table with dedication and honesty, apply. They DEEPLY train. I left the medical field for this and never looked back.

The application process is longer than other companies but its an important part of the process when you consider the level of security we are handling.
