Good Afternoon, Kindly be informed, we make sure all issues are sorted on time and we monitor every call and make sure the employees are updated on there issues. We have also shared the escalation matrix to all the employees so that any moment they feel that there is no response they contact the further escalation level. We work Mon-Fri (9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm) and any employee calls post the timings then management will not be available to respond.
