      I really can't find any cons. I'm glad to be a part of it, and I just hope I will have more time to absorb all experience and knowledge possible!

      Pros

      All colleagues are friendly and love to help each others. The managerment are nice and respect our opinion, encourage me to test my thinking. I can do the things which I think you should do on my position. Besides, I can enjoy your work life balance here. They don't require solid working time, it's flexible.

      Cons

      Due to colleagues working in different areas of the world, there are time differences. Then sometimes receiving responses may be slow.
