      None except some nice work colleagues

      Cons

      Management are rude, unhelpful and leave you to struggle, expect you to answer calls when not trained properly on the processes to follow, poor training which will lead you to become stressed. Shout and demand everyone answer a call.

      Work with some lovely staff and some lovely patients

      Cons

      Forever behind causing constant complaints with majority of the patients (rightly so). Expect you to do OT shifts. Quick staff turnover
