Pros
Any start-up has a sexy feeling about pursuing something new. But the CEO's dishonest business practices are beyond imaginable. This is a business that should no longer be.
Cons
The CEO and the CFO are incompetent and have little respect of rules and laws internationally. I bet they will not be around for long under current ownership. The only two people I would save are the MDs in Nigeria and Brazil. The Group financial statements are very worrying and it's surprising the business is still alive.
