Pros
Few years ago the company had its momentum and was giving people responsibilities and autonomy, now days Aldelia is barely surviving, I wouldn't be surprise if it goes belly up with in 6 months.
Cons
The company values are unclear and unethical, staff and contractors are not paid and the management can't be trusted. Several court cases are ongoing in Kurdistan UK and UAE. The company strategy is clear, opening new territories, taking as much as they can before running away leaving employees and suppliers behind.
