Pros

Some exceptional coworkers with great work ethics.

Cons

Everyone is set up to fail due to the unrealistic workload on directors, CNAs, housekeeping, and nurses. Alden is inconsistent with their work distribution depending on which Alden you work at and their systems are very dated. Turn over is 50% for directors at some facilities yet no changes are made. Workload is 50 to 60 hours every week, no vacation until you have worked at least a year, all directors must work as MOD, therefore you work evenings and weekends, and the culture from corporate is only focused on immediate issues with no changes to make a better future, therefore, there isn't any hope for positive changes. The work environment is extremely stressful and unhealthy. Many directors left after advice from their doctors due to the stress. Pay can appear higher than competition but much less when you calculate the hours worked.
