Pros
Flexible hours for appointments, second jobs, ect. Overtime is always possible Flexible lunch hour, you can take 15 minutes or an hour, it doesn't matter as long as it isn't a really busy day and the coworkers are okay with covering
Cons
Clique atmosphere like a high school, unorganized, you don't know what the following day will be like until that day starts, extreme favoritism in some areas, things get thrown on your plate of what needs to be done and somehow you have to get it done no matter how busy it is, you never know when you will get out of work. Lots of machinery going so it gets very hot in there and smelly due to bacteria that is being grown
