      Thought leadership, interesting problems to solve, working with the heros of healthcare (PCPs) and making the US healthcare system better with interesting tech and hands on field approach.

      Cons

      Can be elitist. Big problems take time to solve.

      Pros

      - Extremely smart, driven people were there at the beginning but as the company has progressed it's a different culture - Good mission and CEO is an ethical person

      Cons

      - Very disorganized and trying to do too many things at once (Aledade Care Solutions, ACCESS, A+, MA) - Inability to recognize competition and two steps behind with practice churn - Toxic people in leadership can get ahead, want to hear "yes men"
