All of their DEI talk is just virtue signaling. They don't care about minorities. They're very good at advertising both internally and externally about how much they value DEI but it’s' all for show. On that note, there is no structured performance management system in place which leaves a lot of room for bias and favoritism. Feedback is very subjective and if your manager simply just doesn't like you, there's not much you can do. Even if you produce more than your colleagues. Work-life balance isn't great. There were times I would often work until 10pm to produce more. I constantly felt like I was on thin ice. Most of the 5 start Glassdoor reviews seem to be from current employees and posted on the same date, which is a huge red flag about their credibility.
