Pros

Opportunity is there to make money, uncapped commissions, Good Product with strong brand awareness, Management will help you development.

Cons

-Somewhat Unrealistic goals that if question they will make you look stupid. Also all they care about numbers at end of day. They preach taking care of customers but their "top agents" dont care about individuals. I witnessed these top performers disregard customers calling back saying they were given misinformation, needed help and were hung up and blocked. Thats not taking care of people.

Pros

Not many pros to talk about.

Cons

Way to many accounts and underpaid based on workload. Employees leave and workload just shifted to remaining employees. To much nepotism.
