Micromanagement at its worst - Underwriting Alera Group Employee Review

Focused on numbers and 1000% customer satisfaction that we did everything for the clients but could care less about their overworked employees. Micromanaged to the max. Management berated their employees. but no one does anything/reported about it. Training processes and delegation of work was not the best. HR questioned on usage of PTO hours.
