Great Company - Field Supervisor Alert Security Asset Protection Employee Review

The owners care about the employees, were still a contract security company so we are bound by the terms and rates of our contracts. But we truly care for our employees. All owners have open door policies and regularly have meeting with officers to hear their concerns directly.

Because of our size we do not have very good medical and dental benefits packages. We are hoping that will change soon.

Good opportunity to gain hands-on security experience and build professionalism on the job. The work can be straightforward, and some sites are quieter and easier to manage than others. It can be a solid position for someone who wants to get experience in the security field, stay active, and develop communication and observation skills.

Pay, hours, and site quality can vary depending on the assignment. Communication can sometimes be inconsistent, and some posts may feel under-supported. Advancement opportunities may also be limited unless you actively seek out other positions or make connections within the company.
