Pros
Alerus usually promotes form within whenever they can. Excellent training is provided. All the great people that work here make for a great work atmosphere. I do not see myself working anywhere else.
Cons
With the recent growth that Alerus has been going through it has been a challenge to get everyone trained on everything. But this phase will likely pass. The trainers are doing an excellent job meeting everyones needs.
