Pros
- Relaxed, adult environment - Some good consultants and team leads - Strong corporate client base - Uncapped commission scheme (if you actually place anyone)
Cons
- Poor internal processes that contradict their own values and pit employees against each other to fill jobs - No real rules to maintain a fair environment and low standards when it comes to detail/quality (and so you will see a lot of subtle underarm tactics) - Highly political and treat all employees differently in terms of work opportunities - CEOs don't understand why their business model is failing - Poor commitment from most of their clients (which in turn leads to poor hit rates) - Your job is never safe and will sack you in a heartbeat with no prior warnings (regardless of how long you've been there) - Delivery work is shared, yet they give you inappropriate KPIs akin to being a detached 360 recruiter (you will seldom see anyone achieve them)
