Pros

Coworkers amazingly talented, welcoming, and way too hard-working for how little the brand cares about them

Cons

Performative activism to the max as well as fails to follow through with promises. Whenever they decide to take on too much at once, it falls to the rest of the staff to make up for the extra labor which they claim is part of their "teamwork mentality" without providing any extra compensation, even just for the extra commute days which were not part of the initial job offer. Several COVID exposures that were not handled properly that put the entire team and their loved ones at risk. CEO does not wear a mask around the office or in public spaces, and the one time a mask was "worn" it was below the nose, which is laughable considering the new message from the brand is to "move on from COVID and look ahead." Extremely high turnover rate and watched them let several talented people go without any notice after using them for a project they needed extra hands on in the interim. When I say without notice, I mean same day effective immediately without notice, meanwhile expects employees moving on to new places to give two weeks. The first teams they cut amidst layoffs was customer service related teams from a store level to corporate; says a lot about their priorities as a company.
