Cons
DO NOT work here. The office is beautiful and everything about the appearance of this place seems lovely, but you will be living your worst nightmare working for this company. The owners are cruel, insulting, and strive to humiliate team members. They take pleasure in berating employees and setting them up for failure with impossible tasks and deadlines, vague work hours (they tell you your work hours are one thing but will give you assignments at the last minute in the day that will keep you at work until 10 or 11pm). The owners have been known to scream at people for making mistakes or go to the other extreme of completely icing them out and not speaking to them or regarding their presence. This company is a wannabe Devil Wears Prada and they are PROUD of this Miranda Priestly style of managing and running a company. Do not let them pretend this is normal management. They will say things like "this place isn't for the weak", but alas, it IS for the weak. Only a weak individual would allow someone to scream at them, insult them, purposely sabotage their success & gaslight them, and publicly humiliate them for a career or a paycheck. Nothing is worth your dignity and believe me, NO ONE is immune to these people treating you this way. The hardest working, the most intelligent, the most earnest, will feel the wrath if ONE mistake is made. You have been warned!!
