Managements sucks..ohh sorry their is no management only.!! Owners do all the tasks to save Big amount of money. At the time of Interview, They talk about 3 month of training but guess what ..ya you are right. Your training period ends when you join the company.!! If you have "n' years of experience then don't bother they will count you as fresher only. And last but not the list..there is no holidays Indian festivals, also only Christmas holiday for 3-4 day. if you are lucky.
