Pros

I really don't think this company is good for any one who cares about their career, dignity, or ethics. So, if you don't care about any of these criteria go there, but don't relocate.

Cons

I don't recommend it for either fresh grads or experienced people. This company is made for some guys to pass time, make some money, dine and wine. The company failed to make even one gallon of ethanol or any other valuable product. They hire people just to show that they have the competent professionals so they suck money from the investors. They will never let a good employee do the right thing. The company that was established to make ethanol from micro algae is now talking about changing their focus into water treatment and carbon capture; nonetheless, I bet if they succeed in producing any thing.

Pros

For a company of its size and still in full R&D with investor only backing the pay and benefits are really good. Lots of great people who are very smart and educated. Employees are willing to put in the time and effort to be successful.

Cons

The pool of good people is decreasing as many have been leaving. It's understandable that the company needs to go where the money is, but many times it is knee jerk reactions and if some planning was put into it they would be much further ahead. I feel that the company continues to over sell and under produce. Leadership doesn't appear to have a good plan. They continue to focus on parts of the business and engineering design that should probably be farmed out to experts and not their core competencies or market focus. Too many leaders not doing what they are preaching. I feel that they really like to focus on the very visible aspects and not the foundations that need to be established for then to actually get into the markets that they are trying to break into.
