Pros
It is the best company if you want to develop skills. I was on career break and doing freelancing. Than joined Algoji and learned tremendously. I had almost 100% salary raise at Algoji and also 50% jump when switching from Algoji. The Founder is specially very good and always available.
Cons
There is always pressure to learn and work as you can expect from a growing startup. The pressure is there always to develop new skills without which you cannot deliver expectations.
