None whatsoever (NOTE : exactly 12h of work no exception, 40min lunch break and 20min tea break which is considered too long of a break according to the CEO even though the office is about 12 hours, O Oh!! and Bonus no weekends off!!! yay)
Cons
The CEO has no clue how to behave towards an employee and have no technical knowledge so you got no help if you are stuck, He does not care how hard the task at hand is,he wants the result even if scientists world on it for months to get the outcome you have to implement it in an afternoon and FYI the good reviews seen above is written by the CEO itself so don't fall for it.
