Pros
As its a medium sized organization all your hardwork will not go unnoticed and every time there will be appreciation. 2 team outing dinners per month in fancy restaurants. I liked that very much.
Cons
I was in night shift and there was no cofee vending machine, but there was a 24hours shop right below our building. So I guess that's OK.
