Strict timing from 10:00 to 7:00, Compulsory 6 days WFO with 1st and 4th Saturday off. No work-life balance, no flexible timing, and no option for WFH as a hybrid mode. There are no experienced or skilled Developers at least in PHP. Outdated IT infrastructure with no plan to upgrade it to current standards. No trust, no respect
