-young company and young management team -company wants employees to succeed and are willing to work with employees to manage work/life balance well -exposure to high tech products and wide variety of clients doing amazing work -flat corporate structure allowing for professional growth which can be dictated by the employee

-being in the Chicagoland area can lead to bad traffic and weather patterns making commutes awful on some days -"peak and valley" nature of business can lead to extremely stressful work/life balance over certain periods of the year, with other periods of the year very "slow" -high and demanding travel requirements at times which reflects a very demanding client base

Good company climate and very young engineering team. Depending on the company section work can be diverse.

Teams are changing constantly as management does not motivate people at all. There are no possibilities to improve one's abilities. Middle management is confusing, unprofessional and from an employee point of view, useless. Product quality management is non-existent and there is no real strategy concerning software test.
