Pros
Great planning process - very structured and thinking not only in the next year, but in the next 3 years as well. Also the company has an amazing work environment - everybody is helpful to each other and the organization is becoming very horizontal.
Cons
The company has a true opportunity to truly consider innovation in their businesses - by means of products, processes and/or business models to really capture the BoP, where other small companies are stronger. Also, there is a need to unify the culture among all the subsidiaries - it seems that Argentina and Brazil operates by their own and under their former culture.
