Cons
- Promised a great and appealing 4 day work week... that they then discontinued and cancelled despite it being very successful - Promised indefinite remote work... that they then walked back and forced everyone to return to the office twice a week (unless you were a high enough level manager, in which case, sure remote is fine) - Promised a support for diversity and inclusion... but routinely failed to actually invest in any initiatives or provide any executive or structural support for ERGs - Promised a commitment to employees and career growth... then turned around and started mass layoffs on a quarterly basis - ... and then shortly after firing dozens of people due to them no longer "being needed," started re-hiring for those same roles at lower salaries in outsourced locations
