Cons
As a CSR you are recorded at all times and can ensure that everything can and will be used against you. They will make sure you are constantly reminded of every mistake you've made due to their lack of training and communication with a recording of you. If you do contribute of course you'll be congratulated with a kudo.. but kudos don't pay the bills. You will be dragged down by everyone else's lack of motivation forced to pick up the slack and can guarantee you're going no where. But no worries, if your feeling a little stressed out you can take you're scheduled lunch period to eat your worries away and embrace the WALL-E lifestyle you've become. Just remember to bring a little extra change because you will be charged for that plastic spork.
