      1. Can avail WFH option sometimes 2. Time Flexibility 3. Cab Pickup/Drop

      Cons

      1. Unhealthy Work Environment 2. Lot of Politics 3. Lot of favouritism 4. No Worklife Balance 5. Need to Work for 14/15+ Hrs 6. No Motivation 7. No Promotion for old employees, New ppl are hired in those place. 8. Work on Weekends too
