Business outlook
Pros
Good for starting a career. Plenty of financial backing via Blackstone. Finally divested from Aon Hewitt's legacy. Work/Life balance to work remotely. Driven by client work and getting potential clients.
Cons
Not much of an internal career path. Outdated Technology. Lack of people development and management focus on their direct reports. Tends to think of themselves as a big fish in the SaaS consulting pond, but really is not.
