Pros
The client model and technology is great to meet client needs, and deliver an excellent product. The culture promised is a good one, the change management to get their is failing at the ground level.
Cons
The management is so far removed from the process, they attempt to apply blanket processes to clients and expect it to work. Since becoming Alight, the bottom line is the main focus, not doing the right thing for the client.
