      Pros

      Flexibility, can work remote. Do not work here unless you need this or it is a big priority for you. Some good people work here

      Cons

      Tons of layoffs, employees that have been working for the company for a long time have been laid off. A lot of cost cutting. Big focus on moving to offshore resources. Many client team members do not have a good understanding of the system which causes a lot of frustration and rework. Benefits and pay are mediocre. Employees are not an asset and they will not hesitate to fire/layoff.
