Terrible place to work - Anonymous employee Alight Solutions Employee Review

Literally everything else. I worked there for 15 years and I am ashamed at myself for staying so long. They say you stay for the people, but even most of the people are not great. The product is an embarrassment and management spends unearthly amounts of money while not investing in their employees. They'll dangle carrots and keep you around but it is not worth it.
