Pros
One of the best working environments in consulting out there! The team is small, but highly functional, with a 'one for all and all for one' mentality. So if you're a team player, you'll feel right at home. There is no sense of hierarchy and everyone pitches in collectively. I have always been made to feel part of the team and that my contributions are valued and acknowledged. The leadership puts a premium on a healthy work-life balance, something that is a constant topic of envy when I speak with friends who also work in the consulting sector. As is the nature of consulting, you learn a lot on the job, but new team members go through an extensive training period and there is an emphasis on continued employee development across the board from the consultant to director level. If you want to specialise in strategy consulting for the Pharma/ Biotech industry, this is the place to be. The company works exclusively with Global Top-10 Pharma/ Biotech companies across all therapy areas. Because the team is small, you get exposed to a variety of projects with plenty of client-facing opportunities very early on. There is no ceiling for growth, the only limitation is yourself. As evident by the long essay, I honestly can't say enough good things about this company and what a privilege it is to be a part of such a professional team that not only work hard, but also know how to have fun together. After all, you spend more time with your colleagues than your family, so it's a rare bonus to be working with people you really like, respect and continue to learn from. In case you're wondering can it really be that great (and have I stumbled upon an ad)?...yes, it is that great (and no, this is how I truly feel)! And if you get the chance to work for this company, jump at it!
Cons
I honestly can't think of any right now, for real, seriously...I'll have to come back to this section later.
