- Strong focus on taking care of employees during COVID-19. No layoff promise is huge. - Competitive compensation and benefits - Departments collaborating well together to meet customer and employee needs during COVID - Working well remotely - we have what we need to do our jobs and the leadershp stance on easing back into the office, taking a look at remote work policies again is great - Team members who care about each others well being
Cons
- Fast-paced culture can cause churn at times. Operates like a very large startup - priorities constantly shifting and resources aren't always available to do all of the things we want to do. Prioritization needs work. - Some leaders don't have experience in their given areas - lots of promotion from Sales. Need more diversity in leadership, especially additional folks from other successful tech/software companies within the business. This will be important as we look to move more and more to digital due to COVID-19.
