- undervalued - Micromanagement —No support and Very little training - Expect u to get things in the 1st couple of weeks with little guidance or training — Not paying market value —They don’t care about work/life balance at all and expect you to work like a robot —They make u fill out a daily tracker report and ur boss expects u be in ur desk with very little breaks or else they contact yoo —PTO sucks and NO paid sick days
