Yes you can learn a lot and get a lot of opportunities
Cons
Yes you need to work long hours and hustle culture but if you like that it's great However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Communication between the business and tech teams is often lacking, leading to misaligned expectations and avoidable delays. Furthermore, while the project managers are well-meaning, many of them seem to lack the necessary experience to navigate complex projects effectively, which can sometimes hinder progress.
