Pros
I've worked here for 6 years in marketing and communications, and my role has continually changed and grown over that time. The company is fast growing which leads to some really interesting opportunities, and of course challenges. The people are very smart and expect a lot from all of us. AlixPartners is very much a place where you need to put some skin in the game if you want to progress, there is help, but you need to take ownership and drive change.
Cons
The company is doing some maturing to catch up with growth - it's still on the journey but the intention and investment is there. Different locations are at different stages of this, so experiences will vary. In the UK, there is an energetic and younger management team .
