Pros

If you're a privileged white guy, you'll immediately feel right at home

Cons

There are few consequential women and minorities in leadership (e.g., tokens) and no one representative of the LBGTQ community.

Thank you for your feedback and candor. Improving diversity and fostering an inclusive environment are top priorities at AlixPartners. We strive to offer employees a workplace which allows them the freedom to be their authentic selves. The firm currently has eight employee-led ERGs, including PrideMatters, which offers personal and professional support to LGBTQ employees and their allies. I would welcome a discussion on your personal experience and how we can further progress. Please feel free to reach out to me in confidence - Elton Ndoma-Ogar

Pros

less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms
