Pros
Have some of the kindest people I have ever worked with. Very laid back and incredible work-life balance. CFO (head of the RR office) really cares about the employees - seems like they are always trying to improve our benefits package.
Cons
Limited upward mobility. Parent company in Denmark impedes North America management team from making progress. North America executive team does at time feel like the good old boys club (not a lot of diversity in management).
