The owner and HR are great people

CFO mike Polito has shown extreme negligence and unethical behavior when doing accounting. I have been cursed out, had items thrown at me and across rooms. I was constantly in fear of my job. I was expected to work weekend and holidays when the rest of the company had off. Then when the HR and owner left town I was fired at 7am on Monday morning bc he felt I didn’t work hard enough on Sunday (in which I am not supposed to work weekends) and he threatens to not give me my employment verification letter for my CPA certification. I would not recommend working under this man. Super poor pay as well! Excessively less for the work being performed and lower than norms in the industry.

If you are a individual who likes challenges to stimulate your self there were plenty of them. Most days would fly by before you knew it.

One particular person who was a supervisor who knew very little about landscape work always had to put their 2 cents opinion in. This was extremely annoying because every project she was part of was a disaster.
