In Response to the other review from the Sales Manager in NJ. This is a disgruntled employee that was terminated. I love it here

None Work is hard but that's what I get paid for.

All of the agreements seem to be in your favor but not in writing. The owners will let you bring in the business and act like you are a major contribution to the team.

The work life balance is not in your favor, very long nights with little or no compensation. The owners treat you like your expendable and no value to the company. The average expectancy at this company is 1 to 2 years max there is a significant amount of turn around at both locations. This is not the place you want to work at if your looking for a career or long term job.
