3yThank you for taking the time to leave your feedback here. ABT puts enormous effort into being the type of place its employees want to recommend to their colleagues and friends. I spent the first 7+ years of my career in the trenches as a 1:1 before going back to school for my BCBA and know all to well that RBT’s are the backbone of everything an ABA provider does. I want to do everything I can to provide a positive experience for the folks who are the most key component of our clients’ success; whether that’s providing competitive wages, closely and frequently supporting you both clinically and administratively, providing clear direction and expectations, respecting your time outside of work hours, and forcefully having your back when a parent, caregiver or some other stakeholder is treating you poorly in any way. It’s not always easy and we’re not always perfect, but I along with the clinical and administrative teams at ABT work very hard to provide that experience for those who have the toughest job of all, our dedicated RBT’s, and we want to keep getting better every day for them as much as we want to help our clients.
