The technologies used is at par with latest trends and the design patterns are professional.
Cons
Feels like a jail to be honest. You are supposed to be locked up 9 to 6 and every minute you spend is counted. Sometimes you are required to work on weekends as well. Leads will speak rudely and will put pressure. They can lay off any employee whenever they want and won't give any reason for that.
