While base pay could be higher commission will make up for it if you give any effort. As long as you are hitting very modest goals and are in everyday management is very helpful, will not micromanage you

No major cons. Small family company where many employees are very close and have known each other for countless years so sometimes arguments will break out but they are easy to stay out of.
