- great leadership and compensation opportunities - an ideal work environment for a self-driven type of person - tons of flexibility in daily schedule - relatively flat organization
Cons
- involves some amount of travel depending on where clients are - leadership quality differ across the company regions and is largely dependent on the local team that you're a part of - not a ton of upward mobility available outside of growing a book-of-business - starting out is a real grind
