This company is constantly evolving and growing. The management team is forward thinking and genuinely cares for the employees, even down to a personal level. Open to new and innovative ways of doing things. Suggestions and ideas are not only appreciated, but encouraged. The interdepartmental communication is a smooth and easy process and helpful when it comes to gaining information and knowledge. Progress, progress, progress. That is what this company and the people growing it are about. If you get the opportunity to work for this company, take it! You won't be disappointed.
Cons
The company has outgrown the facility, however, that is being addressed and is currently in the works. I can't think of a negative to working here quite honestly.
