Pros
ATM is a fun place to work, though growing they still tend to keep the best aspects of small business culture like the fact the most people know your name, the management is cool and the polar opposite of what you see in the movie Office Space, there are office parties, group lunches, video games, and everybody is challenged to do new things rather then sticking to their job descriptions. Oh! And there's a movie theater :) I was exposed to new technologies on a daily basis which makes the work I do challenging, rewarding, fun, and totally beefed up my resume. And finally the people are great, my coworkers are hip, nice, and charismatic. My direct manager had me laughing every day, and I made a lot of friends.
Cons
Many people there seem overworked and projects tend to get thrown around from team to team adding to difficulties in organization and development.
