Pros
- On the artistic and programming side, there is a lot of very talented people at All Things Media. They produce excellent work and should be very proud. - Department leads are great at their jobs. - People are friendly and fun to work with. - All Things media has the potential to be a greater company.
Cons
- Most but not all of the PMs are terrible at their jobs, which can make working there very difficult. - Employees work in a constant state of fear for losing their jobs. - Generally companies look to cut the fat but at All Things Media they tend to keep the fat and cut the muscle. Why? I do not know. - Your talent and dedication wont save you from the chopping block here, sad but true.
