Pros
Good interview process, you get to meet the team and main officers of the company. Great life-work balance and company culture. Good support system for development. Great management team, open door management policy. Great office environment, with relaxed dress codes.
Cons
This is not really a con, but i’d say knowing how to learn how to prioritize objectives can take some time, as objectives are changing according to market trends. However, there is plenty of opportunities to learn and everyone is super supportive.
